Withdrawal status and summary

What each withdrawal status means, what the withdrawal code is for, and how to read the funds summary for each event.

After you request a withdrawal, you can track its progress through the status and funds summary in each event’s Finance tab → Withdrawals sub-tab. This article explains what each status means, what the withdrawal code is for, and how to read the funds summary for each event.

What each status means

Every withdrawal request goes through a few statuses:

  • Pending: the request has been received and is waiting to be processed.
  • Processing: the funds are being prepared for transfer to the destination account.
  • Completed: the funds have been sent to your account.
  • Rejected: the request couldn’t be processed; check the reason and submit again if needed.

Withdrawal code

Every request has a unique withdrawal code. Use it as a reference when tracking the status or contacting the Nyebar team. The destination account is also captured as a snapshot when the request is created, so the record stays accurate even if you change your account later.

Reading the funds summary

Each event’s Finance tab → Withdrawals sub-tab has a funds summary showing:

  • Total ticket sales.
  • The amount already withdrawn.
  • The amount still available to withdraw.

If a request is rejected, check that your account is still verified and its details are correct, then submit again. See the article Adding a bank account if you need to update your account.
