Exporting orders
How to download your event's order data as a CSV for reconciliation and reporting.
For financial reconciliation or reporting, you can download all of your event’s order data as a CSV. The file contains transaction records you can work with further in a spreadsheet app.
Downloading order data
- Go to the organizer dashboard and choose the event whose data you want to download.
- Open the Finance tab, then choose the Order History sub-tab.
- Click the Export CSV button to download the order data.
- The CSV file is saved to your device, ready to use.
Using your order data
Order data is useful for matching income, putting together financial reports, or archiving your event’s transaction history. Since it’s a CSV, you can open it in a spreadsheet app to calculate or filter as needed.
Compare the export with the summary in the Overview tab to make sure your data is consistent.
