Creating a voucher
Create voucher codes for your event with a percentage or fixed-amount discount.
A voucher is a discount code you can share with attendees to drive ticket sales, for example for a community promo or an early bird offer. Each voucher applies to a specific event and has a discount type you can choose. This article explains how to create one.
Creating a new voucher
- Open the event you manage, then go to the Vouchers tab.
- Click Create Voucher.
- Fill in the Voucher Code attendees will enter at checkout.
- Choose a Discount Type: Percentage (1–100%) or Fixed Amount (IDR).
- Fill in the Discount Value for the type you chose.
- Save. The voucher is ready to share for that event.
Discount types: percentage vs fixed amount
- Percentage (1–100%) — the discount is calculated as a percentage of the purchase total. A good fit if you want the discount to scale with the order value.
- Fixed Amount (IDR) — the discount is a fixed amount taken off, no matter how much the attendee spends.
Once your voucher is created, you can set its usage limit and validity period.
