Creating add-ons
Add extra items like merchandise or parking that are sold alongside your tickets.
Add-ons are extra items attendees can buy together with their tickets, such as merchandise, parking, or meal packages. Each add-on has its own price and quota, so you can boost your event’s revenue without creating a new ticket type. This article explains how to create one.
Creating a new add-on
- Open the event you manage, then go to the Add-ons tab (the Manage Add-ons sub-tab).
- Click Add Add-on.
- Fill in the add-on’s Item Name and Description so attendees understand what’s included.
- Set the add-on’s Price (Rp).
- Set the available Quota (stock).
- Set Max per Order to limit how many of this add-on can be bought in a single order.
- Upload an Add-on Image if you like (optional), and make sure the Active toggle is on so the add-on is offered to attendees.
- Save. The add-on will be offered to attendees when they buy tickets.
Add-on price and quota
- Price (Rp) — the amount attendees pay for one add-on, separate from the ticket price.
- Quota — how much stock of the add-on is available. Once it runs out, the add-on can’t be ordered anymore.
Once it’s created, you can monitor and export add-on orders from the Add-on Sales sub-tab.
