Ticket pricing models

Understand the two ticket pricing models and when to use each one.

When you create a ticket type, you choose one of two pricing models in the Ticket Type field. This choice determines how attendees pay for your ticket. Here’s an explanation so you can pick the one that best fits your event.

Free tickets

Tickets with no charge (Free). Attendees still need to book a ticket so you have attendance data and can manage the quota. A good fit for webinars, community gatherings, or open events.

Choose Paid, then set a fixed price in the Price (IDR) field. Attendees pay the amount you set. This is the most common model for concerts, workshops, or other paid events.

Changing the pricing model

  1. Open the Tickets tab, then edit the ticket type you want to change.
  2. In the Ticket Type field, choose Free or Paid.
  3. If you choose Paid, fill in the Price (IDR).
  4. Save your changes.

You can use a different pricing model for each ticket type in the same event.
