Withdrawing funds

The requirements and steps for requesting a withdrawal after your event ends, and how the net amount you receive is calculated.

Once your event ends, you can withdraw your ticket sales straight to your bank account. This article covers the requirements, how to request a withdrawal, and how the net amount is calculated, so you know exactly how much you’ll receive.

Before you withdraw

  • You’ve added a bank account and it’s verified.
  • The event time has ended (for a full post-event withdrawal). This is detected automatically from the event schedule — you don’t need to mark the event as finished.
  • The event has sales revenue available to withdraw.

Requesting a withdrawal

  1. Open the event you want to withdraw from, then go to the Finance tab → Withdrawals sub-tab.
  2. Check the funds summary: total sales and the net amount available to withdraw.
  3. Click Request Withdrawal.
  4. Choose a verified destination account and double-check the net amount.
  5. Confirm and submit your withdrawal request.

Each request gets a withdrawal code, and the destination account is captured as a snapshot when the request is created, so any changes to your account afterward won’t affect a request that’s already in progress.

How the net amount is calculated

The net amount you receive is your ticket revenue (after voucher discounts) plus your add-on revenue, minus the platform fee based on the fee model you chose. Payment fees are paid by attendees at checkout and aren’t deducted from your withdrawal. If attendees cover the platform fee, your net amount will be closer to the full ticket price.

Net amount = ticket revenue + add-on revenue − platform fee

After you submit

Your request moves from pending to processing to completed. Funds usually arrive in your account within a few business days, depending on platform settings.
