Completing your payment
How to pay for your ticket order with QRIS, a virtual account, or a card before the time limit runs out.
After checkout, you’re taken to the payment status page, which shows instructions for the method you chose. This is also where you can see whether your payment has been confirmed. The most important thing to know: the time limit is short, so have your payment app ready before you check out.
Available payment methods
- QRIS — scan the QR code with any e-wallet or mobile banking app that supports QRIS.
- BNI Virtual Account — transfer to the VA number via ATM, mobile banking, or internet banking.
- Permata Virtual Account — same as above, through the Permata network.
- Mandiri — pay with the biller code and bill key via Livin’ by Mandiri or a Mandiri ATM.
- Credit/Debit Card — Visa, Mastercard, JCB, or any other card shown in the payment window, with OTP verification (3D Secure) from your card issuer.
Direct e-wallet payments (outside QRIS) aren’t available yet. The methods you see may differ between events, and methods under maintenance are marked as unavailable.
Paying and checking the status
- Follow the payment instructions on screen: scan the QR code, or copy the VA number / biller code into your banking app.
- Complete the payment in your payment app before the Valid Until countdown runs out.
- Keep the status page open. It updates automatically a few seconds after your payment is confirmed; you can also tap Refresh Status.
- Once the payment succeeds, click View My Tickets to open your e-ticket.
Paying by card
- Choose Credit/Debit Card at checkout. The card fee shows up in the summary before you pay.
- On the status page, the Midtrans payment window opens automatically. If it closes, click Pay with Card.
- Enter your card number, expiry date, and CVV, then enter the OTP code sent by your card issuer.
- Wait a moment on the status page until your payment is confirmed.
You enter your card details directly in the Midtrans window, and Nyebar doesn’t store them. If your card is declined, you can try another card as long as time hasn’t run out. Occasionally a card payment needs to be checked by Midtrans’s security system first; while that happens the status shows Verifying Payment, and your e-ticket is emailed to you once it’s verified.
