Joining an online event
Where to find the link to join an online event after you've registered.
Online events on Nyebar take place through a meeting link — Zoom, Google Meet, or another platform the organizer chooses. The most common question: where’s the link? The answer: on your e-ticket.
Finding the meeting link
- Open the “Pendaftaran Berhasil” (Registration Successful) confirmation email, then click Lihat e-ticket (View e-ticket). If you have an account, you can also go through the My Orders page.
- On each e-ticket, find the Meeting Link section — just above the ticket holder’s name.
- Click Join via Google Meet, Join via Zoom, or Join Meeting (for other platforms). The link opens in a new tab.
The meeting link only appears once your order is confirmed. While your payment is still pending, the link won’t show yet.
If the Meeting Link section says Not available yet, the organizer hasn’t set up the link. Check again closer to the event, or ask the organizer directly.
The link is missing or won’t open
- Make sure your order status is confirmed — check it by tracking your order.
- If the link still says Not available yet or won’t open when the event starts, contact the organizer with the Contact Organizer button on the event page — include the name and email you used to register.
- If the organizer doesn’t respond close to the event time, contact the Nyebar team through the Contact Us page.
