Resetting and changing your password
How to recover a forgotten password with an OTP code and change your password from inside your account.
Forgetting your password isn’t the end of the world — you can recover it with an OTP code sent to your email. And if you can still sign in, you can change your password anytime from your account settings.
Forgot your password
- On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?.
- Enter your account email — a 6-digit OTP code is sent there.
- Enter the code, then create a new password (at least 6 characters) and confirm it.
- Sign in again with your new password.
The OTP code is valid for 5 minutes, and you can request a new one at most once every 2 minutes. Didn’t get the code? Check your spam folder and make sure the email you typed is your account email.
Changing your password while signed in
Open your account menu, choose Account Settings, then go to the Password section. Enter your old password, then your new password and its confirmation. The change takes effect as soon as you save.
