Registering for free events
How registration for free events works on Nyebar, and the limit of one active registration per email for each event.
Registering for a free event uses the same checkout flow as buying a paid ticket — just without the payment step. Once you’re done, your registration is confirmed right away and your e-ticket is sent immediately.
How registration works
- Open the event page and click Get Tickets, then choose an available free ticket.
- Fill in the attendee details for each ticket as usual.
- Tick the box to agree to the terms and conditions, then click Complete Registration.
- Your registration is confirmed right away — an email with your e-ticket is sent on the spot.
If you register without an account, email OTP verification still applies — free doesn’t mean unverified. Discount codes aren’t available for free registrations, since there’s nothing to discount.
When free turns into paid
What decides whether a registration is free is the order’s final total. If the ticket is free but you add a paid add-on, your order total becomes more than zero — and the payment step appears just like a regular paid order, complete with its payment deadline.
