Event statistics help you keep track of how your event is doing in a single view. Here you can see how many tickets have sold and how sales are trending, making it easier to decide things like whether to run extra promotion.

## Opening event statistics

1. Go to the organizer dashboard and choose the event you want to track.
2. Open the event's **Overview** tab.
3. You'll see the sales summary and key metrics for the event.

## Metrics you can track

The Overview tab has four summary cards:

- **Tickets sold**: the number of tickets issued.
- **Revenue**: total revenue from paid orders.
- **Views**: how many times your event page has been opened.
- **Check-in**: the number of attendees who have checked in compared with tickets sold, for example `3 / 6`.

You can still see add-on sales in the **Add-ons** tab, under **Add-on Sales**.

To see a summary of all your events at once, open **Overview** in the sidebar.

## Sales charts

Below the summary cards, the Overview tab also shows several charts for deeper analysis:

- **Sales trend** — a daily bar chart you can switch between **Tickets** and **Revenue**, over a range of **7 / 30 / 90 days**.
- **Sales by ticket type** — a bar chart comparing how each ticket type is performing.
- **Sales by payment method** — a pie chart showing the mix of payment methods attendees used.
- **Cumulative sales vs. quota** — a line chart showing cumulative sales against the event's total quota.

Until a ticket has been sold, these charts aren't shown. They appear once the first ticket sells.

> **Check in regularly**
>
> Check your statistics regularly during the sale period so you can react quickly — for example, adding more promotion if sales feel slow.

> **Need more detailed data?**
>
> For deeper analysis or reporting, you can export your order data to CSV.

By understanding your event statistics, you can plan your sales strategy and event logistics with more confidence.
