# Managing your organizer team

Invite Admins to help run all of your organizer's events.

You don't have to run every event alone. From the **Team** menu, you can invite people as **Admin** to help run the whole organizer. Each member signs in with their own account.

For someone who helps with one event only, such as field crew or a check-in team, invite them as crew from that event's **Crew** tab. They can only open that event. See [Event crew](/en/organizer/getting-started/event-crew).

## Team roles

| Role | What they can do |
| --- | --- |
| **Owner** | Full access, including the bank account, payouts, and the team. The owner is the account that created the organizer. |
| **Admin** | Manage all events (including their crew), tickets, vouchers, add-ons, attendees, check-in, API keys, and webhooks. No bank account, payouts, or team. |

## Inviting an Admin

1. Open **Team** in the sidebar. Only the owner sees this menu.
2. Click **Invite member**.
3. Enter the **Email** of the person you want to invite. Their role is **Admin**.
4. Click **Send invite**.

Nyebar emails an invite with an **Accept Invite** button. Once it's sent, the invite link is also shown once on screen, so you can copy and share it yourself.

> **Invites are tied to an email**
>
> Only the account with the invited email can accept the invite. Someone without an account can sign up with that email on the sign-in page, then accept. Invites are valid for 7 days and can be used once.

Until it's accepted, the invite shows in the table as **Pending**. On its row you can:

- **Resend** the invite. The old link stops working and the invite is valid for another 7 days.
- **Cancel** the invite so its link can't be used.

## Removing a member

On a member's row, click the trash icon to **Remove** them from the team. Their access ends right away. The owner can't be removed.

> **Member limit**
>
> An organizer can have up to 20 people, including the owner and pending invites. When it's full, the **Invite member** button can't be clicked.

## For Admins

After you accept an invite, you go straight to that organizer's dashboard. If you're on more than one organizer, switch between them from the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar. If you no longer help an organizer, open **Account Settings**, find **Organizer teams**, and click the leave button on that organizer's row.

## Team notifications

Team changes also show in **Notifications**:

- **Member joined**: the owner and Admins are told when someone accepts an invite.
- **Member left**: the owner and Admins are told when a member leaves the team.

A member the owner removes isn't notified, since their access to that organizer's dashboard ends right away.

Notifications such as sold-out tickets, registrations waiting for approval, and events published or rejected also go to Admins. Bank account and payout notifications stay with the owner.
