Before you start creating events, you need to set up your organizer profile. This profile is your public identity on Nyebar and is what potential attendees see. Here's how to fill it in.

## Filling in your profile details

Your organizer profile is made up of a few basic details that you should fill in carefully.

1. Open the **Organizer Profile** menu in the dashboard. (If it's your first time, you'll be taken to the **Organizer Information** page to create your profile first.)
2. Enter the **Organization Name** that will be shown to the public.
3. Choose a unique **Username** for your profile address (see the next section).
4. Upload a **Logo** so your profile looks professional and is easy to recognize.
5. Write a short **Description** of who you are and what kinds of events you usually run.
6. Enter a **Phone Number** as a contact.
7. Click **Save Changes**.

## Understanding the Username

Your **Username** is part of the address of your public profile page, for example `nyebar.id/o/komunitaslari`. Because it's used in a URL, your username must be unique and can't be the same as another organizer's.

The rules:

- **Lowercase letters and numbers only**, with no spaces, hyphens, or other symbols.
- **3 to 30 characters** long.

As you type, the system automatically checks availability and shows the status right below the field: **Username is available** or **Username is already taken**. If it's taken, pick a different variation.

> **Pick a username that's easy to remember**
>
> Use a username that's short, clear, and reflects your name so it's easy for potential attendees to share and remember.

## Your public profile

Once saved, your public profile shows your organizer information, your follower count, and the list of events you run. This profile is your main storefront, so make sure the information is always up to date.
