# Contacting the organizer or the Nyebar team

Where to ask about tickets, payments, or refunds, or to report a suspicious event.

Your question gets answered faster when it reaches the right people: some things are in the organizer's hands, others are handled by the Nyebar team. This quick guide helps you pick the right door.

## Pick the right door

- **Contact Organizer** (email, on the event page) — for anything the organizer controls: event content and schedule, refunds for cancelled events, ticket detail corrections, missing online event links, certificates, and technical questions about the event.
- **Contact Us** (Nyebar's contact page) — for platform matters: payment problems, money deducted but the order cancelled, a missing confirmation email and lost order code, account and password issues.
- **Report Event** (WhatsApp, on the event page) — only for suspicious events: suspected scams, fake events, or content that breaks the rules.

## Getting help faster

1. Have your order code ready (and the ticket code if it's about a specific ticket).
2. Briefly explain what happened: what you did, what happened, and when.
3. Attach supporting evidence — screenshots or proof of payment — if it's about a transaction.

> **Share your order code only with official parties**
>
> Your order code can open your order and e-tickets. Give it only to the organizer of that event or the Nyebar team — never to anyone claiming to be them through DMs or calls from unknown numbers.

> **Check the help articles first**

> Most questions — a confirmation email that didn't arrive, an expired payment, online event links — are already answered in this help center's articles. Try browsing them first; the answer is often quicker than waiting for an email reply.
