# Viewing and tracking your orders

How to check your order status through your account or your order code, including when you can't find the confirmation email.

You can track down any of your orders at any time — whether you bought with an account or as a guest. This article covers both routes, plus what to do when the confirmation email just won't turn up.

## With an account: the My Orders page

Sign in to your account and open **Orders** from the account menu. The My Orders page groups your orders into these sections:

- **To pay** — orders labeled **Unpaid**. Open the order and click **Continue Payment** before the time limit runs out. Registrations the organizer has approved are labeled **Approved**; click **Pay Now** to choose a payment method.
- **Awaiting approval** — registrations for tickets that need the organizer's approval, labeled **In review**. See [Registrations that need approval](/en/attendee/booking-tickets/registrations-that-need-approval).
- **Upcoming** — confirmed orders for events that haven't finished yet, sorted from the soonest, with a countdown to the big day. Your e-tickets are ready to open.
- **History** — orders for past events, orders labeled **Cancelled** (usually because the payment expired), and registrations labeled **Rejected** by the organizer.

Each order shows the event's schedule and location, the payment total, and the number of tickets.

Orders you made as a guest in the past show up here automatically, as long as the email matches your account email.

## Without an account: the Check Order page

Open the **Check Order** page and enter the order code from your confirmation email. Your order page opens, complete with your e-tickets, without signing in.

## Didn't get the confirmation email?

1. Check your spam and promotions folders — emails from new senders often end up there.
2. Make sure the email address you entered when booking was correct.
3. If you still have your order code (for example from the payment screen), open your order through the Check Order page.
4. Have an account with the same email? All your orders are in My Orders, regardless of the email.

> **The email is sent only once**
>
> The confirmation email is sent once per order, and there's no self-service resend yet. If all the steps above lead nowhere — the email is nowhere to be found and you didn't save the order code — contact the organizer with the Contact Organizer button on the event page, or the Nyebar team through the Contact Us page.

> **Keep your order code safe**
>
> Your order code is the key to your order. Write it down or keep the email safe — and since the code can open your e-tickets, don't share it with just anyone.
