# Filling in attendee details and extra forms

The rules for filling in the name, email, and custom forms for each ticket you book.

Every ticket on Nyebar is issued in the name of its holder. That's why, at checkout, you're asked to fill in details for every ticket — not just the buyer's details. This article explains what you fill in and why you need to be careful.

## One ticket, one attendee

If you book three tickets, you fill in three sets of full names and emails — one for each attendee. Each e-ticket shows its holder's name, and that's the identity staff see at check-in on event day.

- **Full Name** — the ticket holder's name, required for every ticket.
- **Email** — the ticket holder's email address, required for every ticket.

You can use the same email for all tickets (for example your own) if you're the one managing all the tickets.

## Extra forms from the organizer

Some ticket types have extra questions from the organizer — for example T-shirt size, session choice, or special needs. They can be text fields, choices, or checkboxes.

- Forms can differ between ticket types, and required questions must be answered for every ticket holder.
- Answers can be up to 255 characters per question.
- All answers are printed on each attendee's e-ticket.

> **Details are locked after checkout**
>
> Names, emails, and form answers can't be changed once the order is created — there's no way to change a name or edit ticket details. Double-check the spelling of every attendee's name and email address before you continue.

If a typo has already slipped through, don't panic just yet — see [Fixing a wrong name or ticket details](/en/attendee/policies-and-help/fixing-ticket-details) to find out what you can still do.
