Booking tickets on Nyebar takes two steps on a single checkout page: choosing your tickets, then filling in your details and payment. This article walks you through the flow from start to the moment you're ready to pay.

## The booking flow

1. Open the event page, then click **Get Tickets**.
2. Choose the ticket type and quantity, then click **Continue** — your tickets are reserved right away.
3. Fill in the buyer information, plus a name and email for each ticket.
4. Add any add-ons or a voucher code if you have one, then choose a payment method.
5. Tick the box to agree to the terms and conditions, then continue to payment — or click **Complete Registration** for a free event.

## Understanding ticket type statuses

Each ticket type has its own status at the selection step:

- **Requires organizer approval** — your registration is reviewed before your e-ticket is issued; for paid tickets, you pay after you're approved. See [Registrations that need approval](/en/attendee/booking-tickets/registrations-that-need-approval).
- **Sales Paused** — the organizer has temporarily stopped sales for this ticket type. If you picked this ticket before it was paused, you can still complete your order as long as your reservation time hasn't run out.
- **Coming Soon** — sales haven't opened yet; the start date is shown on the ticket.
- **Sales Ended** — the sale period for this ticket type has passed.
- **Sold Out** — the quota has sold out.
- **N Left** — stock is running low, with only that many left.

The maximum you can take is the per-order limit set by the organizer or the remaining quota, whichever is smaller. Some tickets also have a minimum per order — choosing that ticket sets the quantity to the minimum right away, and going below the minimum removes the ticket from your order. Some events also allow only one ticket type per order — choosing one type locks the others.

## Tickets are held for 15 minutes

As soon as you click Continue, your chosen tickets are reserved for 15 minutes and the countdown appears on screen — always go by the countdown on screen. During that time, your quota is safe from other buyers. The **Change Tickets** button cancels the reservation and takes you back to ticket selection.

> **If time runs out**
>
> When a reservation expires, your cart is reset and the quota is released. You'll have to choose your tickets again from the start — and the tickets you were holding may already have been taken by someone else.

> **Sold out — is there still hope?**
>
> Nyebar doesn't have a waitlist yet. But quota can become available again if other people's orders expire before they're paid, so it's worth checking the event page now and then.
