Forgetting your password isn't the end of the world — you can recover it with an OTP code sent to your email. And if you can still sign in, you can change your password anytime from your account settings.

## Forgot your password

1. On the sign-in page, click **Forgot password?**.
2. Enter your account email — a 6-digit OTP code is sent there.
3. Enter the code, then create a new password (at least 6 characters) and confirm it.
4. Sign in again with your new password.

The OTP code is valid for 5 minutes, and you can request a new one at most once every 2 minutes. Didn't get the code? Check your spam folder and make sure the email you typed is your account email.

## Changing your password while signed in

Open your account menu, choose **Account Settings**, then go to the **Password** section. Enter your old password, then your new password and its confirmation. The change takes effect as soon as you save.

> Five wrong passwords in a row lock your account for 15 minutes. If you're already unsure by the second or third try, go straight to the forgot password flow — it's faster than waiting for the lock to lift.
